How long does it take?
We leave the signings open for 1 month depending on the celebrity. We then get the item signed and then mail it back to you. The whole process is usually 6-10 weeks.

What do I include with my item?
Please label your item with your name, order number and any information that can assist us with getting your item signed exactly the way you want. We highly recommend the use of a post-it notes.
Will a celebrity personalize my item?
Yes please label your item with a post-it with this request. If your submitting your order, utilize the Add a Note during the check out process to add this request if you would like to receive your item personalized.

The signing is done. What happens next?
Once the items are back in the warehouse, processing will take 7-10 days. We will email you with tracking when your item has shipped.
I have received my item but not my vShout. Why?
It takes us a little bit to edit the videos and email them to you. The video links will sent to your email address that was used during the creation of the order.
